Delivery service, costs & timing
Ferric Garden Ltd uses fully tracked delivery services and will provide details of the online tracking service when dispatching goods.
Delivery costs depend on size and weight of the goods on your order but typically vary between £4.99 and £8.99 for single items. Our delivery partners generally deliver within 3 days of dispatch but the exact time taken is not within our control and we are not responsible for postal delays. Please allow extra time for busy times of year such as Christmas.
Dispatch times
All Ferric Garden products are handmade from raw materials. The dispatch time allows time to build the items and apply the rusted patina finish. Dispatch times are shown at the bottom of each item's product page. Bespoke items will usually take longer to build and the timescale will be agreed in advance.
Lost/delayed deliveries
Very occasionally for reasons out of our control, deliveries can be either delayed or lost after dispatch. If you think your order has been delayed/lost, we will do all we can to help. Please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of the dispatch date, and not longer than 25 days after the dispatch date. Beyond 25 days it will not be possible to claim compensation for lost deliveries.
Refunds & Returns
Listed items
While we hope that you'll love your purchase, if you wish to return it we're happy to offer a refund on listed items. Please ensure you contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in the original packaging and with no signs of use or damage.
It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return postage (unless damaged/faulty see below). We strongly advise you to use a fully tracked insured service, as Ferric Garden Ltd cannot refund items lost or damaged during transit.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price and the original delivery charge for the item returned. Please note, if there is visible wear or damage to the returned item we will reduce the refunded amount.
Customised, bespoke & “on-sale” items
We do not accept returns for “on sale” items, customised items or bespoke orders.
Faulty/damaged goods
If your items show signs of damage when you receive them we will send a replacement or offer a refund. Please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt, including a picture of the damage. We may ask you to return the items to us and if so we will cover the postage costs.
