Returns

While we hope that you'll love your purchase, if it's not quite right, we're happy to help — just get in touch and we'll guide you through the process.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and with no signs of use or damage. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return postage (unless damaged or faulty; see below). We strongly recommend using a fully tracked insured service, as Ferric Garden cannot refund items lost or damaged during transit.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price and the original delivery charge for the item returned. Please note, if there is visible wear or damage to the returned item we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount to reflect the diminished value of the item.

Damages and issues

We take great care in packaging every piece, but if your item arrives damaged, please don't worry — we'll make it right. Contact us immediately with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover any return postage if needed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

As each custom or bespoke piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns on these orders — but we work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you're delighted with the result.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We want you to find the perfect piece. The simplest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order — we're happy to help guide your choice via our Contact Us page.

Refunds

We'll be in touch as soon as we've inspected your return, usually within 2–3 business days, to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember this can take 3–5 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
