Delivery service
Ferric Garden uses fully tracked delivery services and will provide details of the online tracking service when dispatching goods. Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and are displayed at checkout before you commit to purchase.
We currently deliver within the UK only. Our courier partners typically deliver within 2–3 working days of dispatch, but the exact time taken is not within our control and we are not responsible for postal delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, please allow additional time for delivery.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely around your expected delivery date to ensure you're available to receive your order.
Dispatch times
All Ferric Garden products are handmade from raw materials. The dispatch time allows time to build the items and apply the rusted patina finish. Dispatch times are shown at the bottom of each item's product page. Bespoke items will usually take longer to build and the timescale will be agreed in advance.
Lost and delayed deliveries
Very occasionally for reasons out of our control, deliveries can be either delayed or lost by the courier after dispatch. Please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of the dispatch date. We will do everything we can to help and in the event that the courier is unable to locate or deliver your parcel, we will send a replacement or, if you prefer, offer a full refund.
