A set of 3 large rusty steel rain catcher sculptures - 100mm steel cups on solid stems, pre-rusted to a rich mottled patina
A simple form, beautifully made. Each rain catcher is a 100mm hemisphere of heavy 2.5mm steel plate mounted on a solid 8mm stem - substantial enough to feel permanent in the garden, large enough to catch the light and hold a pool of rainwater after a shower. Pre-rusted to a mottled patina before they leave the workshop, they arrive ready to display from day one - the patina deepening and shifting with the seasons.
Hand-made from solid 8mm steel bar for the stems and heavy-gauge 2.5mm steel plate for the bowls, each sculpture arrives ready to display, standing tall enough to hold its own among your borders for years to come.
